Recent years, 2008-2014 we had accomplished a turnkey project
as the dominated sub-contractor for thematic elements in the implementation of Universal Studios in Singapore. Our assignment encompassed project management, design development, master plan, model making, mock up samples, pre-fabrication, on site production, installation, co-ordination and construction of the thematic elements in
Resorts World's theme park. Our contract values for the thematic works in this Resorts World Singapore projects was around SGD$30M.
In 2006-2007 we had some overseas design and management assignments for theme parks in Hong Kong and China. Extension phase of HK Ocean Park, Fisherman Wharfs, Venetian Casino in Macao and premium Villa projects in China for OCT,
We started our thematic journey since 2001. In 2005 we had been given the opportunity to be involved in the business development and operation of "The Pet Safari" concept pet stores in Singapore and Malaysia.
